  • Interprofessional Education for Collaborative Patient-Centred Practice (IECPCP) - Health Canada Changing the way we educate health providers is key to achieving system change and to ensuring that health providers have the necessary knowledge and training to work effectively on interprofessional teams within the evolving health care system. This component of the Pan-Canadian Health Human Resources Strategy will facilitate and support the implementation of the IECPCP Strategy across all health care sectors.

    The Canadian Interprofessional Health Collaborative (CIHC) is a pan-Canadian collaborative of partners advancing the evidence base related to Interprofessional Education for Collaborative Patient-Centred Practice (IECPCP) toward improved health education, improved health services, and improved health for Canadians.

    The Mental Health Commission of Canada is a non-profit organization created to focus national attention on mental health issues and to work to improve the health and social outcomes of people living with mental illness.

  • Current Collaborative Mental Health Care Initiatives/Projects: Collaborative Mental Health Care Network This Network was established in 2001 following the awarding of a grant from the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care.

  • The International Association for Interpro-fessional Education and Collaborative Practice (InterEd) InterEd is a response to the expressed need of exponents of interprofessional education and collaborative practice worldwide for a collective voice and a forum for mutual exchange. The Association will promote and advance scholarship and inform policy in interprofessional education and collaborative practice worldwide in partnership with patients, colleagues, communities and other organizations.
