Participant Materials & Questionnaires

Each participant received a Welcome Letter containing instructions on attending the teleseminar (pdf) or webinar (pdf), and several case studies in preparation for their participation. They also were given a link to the CCMHI Education Toolkit and were encouraged to visit the FAQs and TIPS page for additional information on continuing education and collaborative mental health care.

Participants seeking continuing education credits and/or a certificate of participation were required to complete the pre-program questionnaire and a post-program questionnaire for each session they attended.

The Pre-Program Questionnaire gathered information about their professional knowledge of collaborative mental health care, their experience with the e-learning program as well as their attitudes and perceptions using the Interdisciplinary Perceptions Scale (Leucht et al. 1990) and the Interprofessional Attitudes Questionnaire (Carpenter. 1995).

The Post-Program questionnaire re-posed the attitude and perception questions to evaluate any change after having attending a session.
