Post Program Questionnaire
Participants seeking continuing education credits and/or a certificate of participation were required to complete a post-program questionnaire for each session they attended. The data gathered from this online survey was analysed as part of the overall program evaluation and formed the basis of the Program Report.
Instructions for completing the Post-Program Questionnaire
- Click on the "Teleseminar" or "Webinar" button on the right to access the online survey.
- It will take you about 10 minutes to complete the survey (about 7 screens). Use the "next" button to move through the survey.
- After you complete the survey, you can choose to go back through your survey responses (using the back button on your Browser) and print each screen using your browser menu options.
- Be sure to click on "Done" at the end of the survey to automatically return to this website.
