In addition to optional pre-conference workshops scheduled for Thursday May 11, Dr. Kirk Strosahl (www.behavioral-health-integration.com) and Dr. Gabor Mate (www.whenthebodysaysno.ca/doctor.html) have been confirmed as conference keynote speakers on May 12 and May 13 respectively.
Learning from our successes as we plan for our future, this conference will focus on practical aspects of Shared Mental Health Care.
The Canadian Collaborative Mental Health Initiative will be sharing results from two years of research. CCMHI will present a series of interactive toolkits and unveil an action plan to implement Collaborative Mental Health Care principles as outlined in the charter.
